In my March Glymm box, I received a deluxe sample (5ml) of M.Asam Magic Fini. When I first opened it I was like Whoa this stuff is DARK.  At first I thought it would be way to dark for me. But once you blend it down, it matches your skin tone due to the special pigments... umm magic... :O

I had never heard of M.Asam before. So I searched for their website and found out that M.Asam is a family owned German cosmetic company. They specialize in skin care products that utilize the anti-aging properties of grapes.  Linky here for more info.

As per Glymm.com, Magic Fini is:

What it is
Silky formula blends beautifully into your skin to conceal uneven skin tone for a light, matte, natural looking finish. Smoothes away the appearance of wrinkles, enlarged pores and imperfections to reveal a sun kissed, healthy looking skin tone.

What it does
It provides light to medium or full coverage, depending on application, for a flawless radiant appearance (Special Pigments.) Apply Magic Fini after skin care onto the entire face until the desired coverage is obtained.

So enough jibber jabber, what did I like about it? I was very amazed at how well it diffused my redness and freckles. I had originally thought I would use this like a primer and then put foundation over top. But I found it to be enough coverage on its own. After a few minutes of applying, the product dries down to powderlike finish. You can noticeably see how Magic Fini has blurred and evened out my skin blemishes (not all freckles though). I know I have a ton of freckles and only spackle and powder will give me total coverage but I am happy with what Magic Fini did for my skin. I have been using it for a week now and so far no breakouts or ‘extra’ dry patches have popped up.

before and after
after has no foundation or powder

Pros: It does what it says, very lightweight on the skin, dries down to a powder finish, a little goes a long way

Cons:  hard to find and a little pricy at $38/30 ml. I do not think it is full coverage. It also leaves a little silicone feeling on your skin. I like it but someone with oilier skin may not.

Tips/Application; I just used my fingers to apply. Once I applied a thin layer over my whole face, I then went over my cheeks and nose with more product. Give it a few minutes to set and be amazed LOL

Would I buy again or recommend to others? I recommend that the Glymm Girls dig this out of their March box and try it. You just might be surprised! I am seriously thinking about getting the full sized product O_o.

Where to Buy: Glymm.com  $38.00/30ml or if in the US at HSN.com

So Glymm Girls, what were your thoughts on Magic Fini?

  2. I loved this so much that I had to get a full size. I had enough Glymm points to get $20 off but with shipping and taxes it ended up being like $10 off. Still, as you said, a little goes a long way. It really makes my skin look fabulous though. I would have to say this is the most used product and fav. of any box I have gotten from all the box companies.

    1. I just blew my Glymm points but I am getting this too. I am STILL working on my sample. It does go a long way! Glad you love it too. I also think it is one of the best products I have gotten. Suprised me cause when I first saw I was like "Uh not gonna like this" but I like it better than my tinted moisturizer! Just wish it had SPF in it too. Then it would be truly complete.

  3. No it actually blends to your skin tone. My middle pic is just darker cause the lighting changed when I took that pic.
