Not So Boring NOTD to brighten up your Hump Day
LOL I didn’t know what to use for a title for this post. I
was going to call it Bling Bling NOTD
but I just can’t pull off ‘Bling Bling’
HAHA Oh Geez I am tired. Enough of me
babbling here...
I did another late night online shop drop at NailPolishCanada.com
early last week in the wee hours. I was waiting for Cult Nails Fetish to get
restocked and then I grabbed OPI Liquid Sands Honey Ryder (textured gold), plus
a matte top coat and Seche Vite Restore.
So last Wednesday, when I received my order, I immediately
had to use Honey Ryder. I put Fetish on as an accent nail but that wasn’t
enough so I added some dot-age to add an extra kick.
OPI Liquid Sands Honey Ryder and Cult Nails Fetish |
They’re a little fancy for Wednesday nails but I rocked
them. I was actually quite surprised how sparkly Honey Ryder was for a ‘matte’
texture polish. It’s soo fan-cee! It
also lasted a long time without a topcoat – four days before some minor tip
wear. I also got to say I LOVE Fetish. It is a black wax polish
and it was a one coater! One coat! It lasted about 3 days before it chipped (again
with no topcoat). I didn’t want to ruin the natural finish of either of these
polishes.
So what do you think of the texture polishes?
Like the ‘bling
bling’ @__@
Hehe

ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with Honey Ryder right now. I kind of wish I got Jinx too now. Maybe on my next order.....
DeleteI can't wait to see what you do with them! :D
Looks great! I'm not sure about textured polishes for myself but Honey Ryder looks lovely on you!
ReplyDeleteAt first I was hesitant about them but Honey Ryder changed my mind. It is a pretty awesome polish.
