I went a little cuckoo. I placed my first Annabelle order about 10 minutes into the sale LOL. I then placed another order when I realized I forgot to buy the CC base Luminous Finish. The TwistUp Retractable Lipstick Crayons are very pigmented creamy. Made with Omega 3 and Shea Butter, I find these TwistUps very moisturizing. I can have a scraggly lip day and these soothe and cover up any mess. Divine has been in my purse, pocket, on hand every day since I got it.

Hello Makeupnuts, how are you this fine day. It still is freezing here in the middle of Canada. So. Not. Spring! But by Saturday we are ‘supposed’ to reach plus temps. Currently we are still sitting around -11C.  I can’t wait!

I don’t even know what to really say about this box. The only thing I am happy about is the Be a Bombshell shadow. I love their eyeshadow and I do love this colour. The Fekkai shampoo and conditioner? Okay, at least we got the set. But the rest? Two tiny Aveeno moisturizers, two onetime use Burt’s Bees and some hair ties where the colour leaked into each other?

This was probably the saving grace for this box. I have fallen in love with Be a Bombshell shadows so I am super happy to get this shadow. Especially in this shade. :D I love purple!

On the conditionculture.com website it states $10 for a pack of 5, which seems like a lot. But on Amazon, you can get the same for $4.99. I got 4 so I will price it at $4. My hair ties look like the colour ran from the purple tie onto the pink tie :(. I am not really sure what to think about these.

These samples are not what I expect from Loose Button. I own and like Aveeno and Burt's Bees products but the samples are so small. Plus I find the packaging the Burt's Bees samples came in hard to work with.

Oh what a March it has been (for me). Snow, snow and more snow. I have snow piled 7 ft high in my condo patio. I have a large enclosed patio area and I cannot even get to the shed. Crazy! Plus I haven't been feeling too well. My medication for the A.S. stopped working and threw me into a wicked flare, then I got a cold on top of that! YAY for me! But I am feeling better tonight. I hope this warmer weather stays and my new meds work fast! #weareNOTwinterANYMORE!

So I was quite happy when I saw my Topbox in the mail today! I opted for one the Prive boxes; the Philosophy box.  I always wanted to try the Philosophy line but just never have. I find Philosophy kind of pricy so being able to try these deluxe samples is a fantastic way to try out the line. And all for $12!

I was kind of thrown through a loop when I saw this in my box. My card states I should be getting the Lactic Acid 2in1 Cleanser but instead got this lotion. Don’t get me wrong I happy with this pleasant turn. I can always use moisturizers! Especially anti-aging!

I am not a firm believer in eye creams plus I am  always hesitant about trying eye creams. Most eye creams give me bumps/millia under my eyes. I don’t know why. It just happens. So most nights, I use my Lise Watier night cream or La Roche Posay serum/lotion instead. I never break out from those. There are very few eye creams that do not make be break out. Will this miraculous anti-aging Retinoid Eye Cream be the one? I will let you know. But for $78 it better be HG status.

Right now my favorite night cream is the Lise Watier 3D Lift and Firm.  I am pretty much loving that right now so this will need to be super freakin' fantastic to make me put that one down.

The products sent make for the perfect daily routine; apply the concentrate, then the lotion. (LOL I just went to 'it rubs the lotion on it's skin' in my head HAHA)

Ah okay where was I? I would then apply eye cream before I I top off my bedtime routine with the Miracle Overnight as my night cream. I think I will try using these all next week and see how long the samples last me.

March 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag

Which I assume was based on the eyeshadow quad included in the bag. The actual print on the makeup bag was created based on a print by artist Klari Reis. While I am not a fan of the outer material, it would be a good makeup bag for the purse. Very easy to wipe off. This has to be one of my favorite bags. I truely love and will use all the products in this month's Ipsy Glam bag.

This anti-oxidant rich body butter contains shea butter, almond oil and safflower oil.  It smells amazing. I love the smell of coconut. It also has a hint of oranges? I couldn't stop smelling it. I love body butters. So no complaints here. Mmmm.

The Bora Bora Eyeshadow Quad contains a highly pigmented long lasting formula for all day wear.
This quad is gorgeous. I had gone to the Be a Bombshell site and this quad is the one I probably would have picked out for myself. It is an aweome selection for the coming summer months. The shadows are richly pigmented. They go on and blend beautifully. The shadows all have a satin finish. If this quad is any indication of how all the Be a Bombshell shadows are like, I need more!

Chella Indigo Blue Eyeliner

This eyeliner pen is pretty darn pigmented. Indigo is a true royal blue. I love blue eyeliners, so I will be incorporating this into a week day look somehow. Sorry about the crazy swatch down below. My wrists are still inflamed so making a straight line is kind of hard for me right now. But the claims are true. Pigmented? Check. Long lasting? Check. Water Resistant? Check. I still had the swatch on the next morning. Everything else wore off but the eyeliner. Mind you it was a bit faded but still there. So impressed.

So there you have it another impressive Ipsy Glam Bag for me. I did wear the Bora Bora eyeshadow quad today and it had lasted all workday. I love it. Is it bad for me to say I am glad I got this instead f the NYX shadow trio?

On my eyes, I have from the Bora Bora quad; Risky Business (gold) on lids, Rock Bottom (copper) on outer lid, Starlet (brown) in the crease with Bora Bora (turquoise) under my eyes and Risky Business in the inner corner of eyes. I am also wearing bareMinerals Get Ready on my lips.

I needed a new concealer. Well not needed but wanted a lighter one. My MAC NW25 Pro Longwear is to dark for me in the winter. It is perfect for summer but winter not so much. Since I love how long lasting the MAC Pro Longwear concealers are I had to get another one.
