How did I not have this in my collection yet? I know the Metal Tattoos have been out for awhile now. I chose to skip them last spring, well because I have tons of Color Tattoos and it is going to take me forever to use them up. But with the release of the Naked 3 palette, I figured I really needed a pink base to compliment it. Inked in Pink fits that requirement. I grabbed this during a recent Shoppers Drug Mart redemption event so it was free, but the Colour Tattoos have been on sale all week for $4.99.

Maybelline Color Tattoo Metal Inked in Pink

Inked in Pink is a frosty pink. It can be packed on for a more intense pink metallic look or patted on for a sheer wash to give your eyes a fresh awake look in a hurry. You can see below in my quick pink EOTD, I patted some on my lid, put Mauve from the Lorac Pro palette in the crease, added some liner and mascara and my eye look was done.

I found this pink cream shadow to last all day on my lids. I don’t think I have worn it past 9 hours but that’s pretty good in my books.

I have been playing around with Inked in Pink as base with my Naked 3 palette. It definitely helps make those shadows pop a lot more on my lids.

    This is such a pretty pink! It would be a perfect base for Naked 3. I own MAC Let's Skate, but I think this is much prettier. I love how long the Maybelline Color Tattoos last too.
